How it is ConstructedThis specific type of 3D signage combines three main elements to create a sharp, professional look: 

• ACP Base Panel: The background board is made from an Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP). It is lightweight, weather-resistant, and serves as a completely flat, sturdy mounting frame.
• Aluminium Channel :  all-acrylic letters, the side borders (skirtings) of the 3D letters are made from a bent aluminum profile strip or "channel patti" (typically 2 to 3 inches deep). This provides a premium metallic texture and strong structural integrity.
• Acrylic Front Facing: The face of each 3D letter is laser-cut from high-quality acrylic sheet and fused with the aluminum channel frame. 

Lighting Mechanism

• Frontlit Only: Because the side borders are solid aluminium, light does not emit from the sides.
• Internal LED: Energy-efficient LED modules are fitted completely inside the hollow aluminium channel.
• The Effect: The internal illumination glows directly forward through the translucent acrylic face, producing a stark, high-contrast, easily legible 3D letter effect at night.
